At PULZ JEANS we wish to take part in the creation of a more sustainable industry. 

The fashion industry plays a significant role in the impact on which we affect the environment. 
We always look to find solutions towards the challenges we face in our industry - this is our ultimate ambition. By reducing usage of water and chemicals, we minimize our environmental footprint and ensures the future of denim. 

Like all other denim lovers, we can't think of a future without denim! 
Therefore, sustainability is not a choice - it’s the future of denim. 

Better Cotton is the world’s largest cotton sustainability programme, who’s mission is to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment. Last year, Better Cotton offered training to over 2.7 million cotton farmers in 23 countries. Better Cotton Farmers are trained to use water efficiently, care for soil health and natural habitats, reduce use of the most harmful chemicals and respect workers’ rights and wellbeing’

Special made fibres which create the comfortable reshaping. The Pulz Jeans reshape formula keeps the shape day after day.

Content of viscose + TENCELTM creates the softest touch ever but still remains an authentic look. Reactive dye jeans keeps the deep black colour.

Organic cotton is a natural fiber, that comes from the cotton plant, produced to organic agricultural standards. Organic cotton is cultivated without the use of toxic chemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers, which contributes to better health and working conditions for the farmers. The farming methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems without discharge of harmful substance.

Recycled Polyester is a material that has been recycled from used materials. The most common source of raw materials for recycled polyester is old PET bottles and raw material waste from manufacturing industry. Here are some of the benefits for recycled polyester:

 

• Requires 33%-53% less energy than the virgin fiber

• Keeps bottles out of landfills

• It is recyclable

Lyocell and TencelTM are the same. Lyocell is a fiber and Tencel is a trademark from the company Lenzing. TencelTM is made in a closed loop with focus on recycling and biodegradability. Lyocell is a regenerated cellulose fiber, in which the eucalyptus tree is the primary basis for the fiber production. The eucalyptus tree is a very fast-growing trees that does not require irrigation, while offering a very high yield, causing many environmental benefits. The Lyocell fiber is produced in a closed loop which result in low emission and 99% reused water and a reasonably low energy intensity.

Eco VeroTM is a fiber made from wood pulp, from sustainable forestry plantations, that are independently certified by industry-leading associations (FSC® or PEFC®). Eco VeroTM fibers contribute to a sustainable lifestyle, to a cleaner environment, and uses 50% less energy and water in the production compared to conventional viscose.
